Please make sure you meet all the Eligibility Requirements:

• Be a resident of the US (including Puerto Rico)
• Applicant must  be 18 years of age or older.  
• Must be enrolled in a college/ university/ educational  institution part time or full time.  And have already completed at least 1 term of study.  
• Must complete at least 40 hours  of community service and or volunteer service within the past 12 months.  

 Note: High schoolers are not eligible for this scholarship. 

The deadline for submission is March 15th, 2024 postal service date stamped.  All scholarship applications must be submitted to the following address:

Attachments Reminder:

The following attachments must accompany your scholarship application: 

• Completed Application With Community Service Verification(s).
• Copy of Picture Identification:  IE Drivers License, Passport, School ID
• An unofficial school transcript  or Verification Of Enrollment Status.  This can be a transcript documenting previous school term since the application for this scholarship is open during summer break.    
• Essay  :   Make sure to write the Essay Number and Topic on top of the first page.   Essay Number and Topic is in Blue Font (on Essay Topics Section Of This Website)  Essay Topics

Print The Application Form And Complete.  

 If you are providing more than one community service verification,  print multiple copies of the Community Service Verification page and include in your submission.
